1. Company Information

ZuboCars is a service provider based in Germany operating under the website www.zubocars.com. We specialize in sourcing vehicles for international clients, negotiating on their behalf, arranging inspections or visits, and coordinating transportation and documentation.

ZuboCars does not own, buy, or resell any vehicles. All vehicle transactions are carried out directly between the client and the vehicle seller.

2. Scope of Services

ZuboCars provides the following services:

• Consulting and assisting clients in finding suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.

• Negotiating the vehicle price with sellers on behalf of the client.

• Arranging visits or inspections (if requested).

• Coordinating transport, documentation, and communication with third-party providers.

• Supporting clients with translation, appointment scheduling, and negotiation.

Note: ZuboCars is not a registered dealer or legal representative of the seller. We act as an independent intermediary.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate details about their vehicle search.

• Reviewing and confirming vehicle specifications, legal status, and condition.

• Handling payments directly with the vehicle seller or transporter.

• Ensuring compliance with import regulations in their destination country.

ZuboCars can assist with due diligence but cannot guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

• ZuboCars charges a service fee, agreed upon before any work begins (flat rate or percentage).

• A deposit may be required prior to the start of the search.

• Final payment is due before coordination of transport and documentation.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Invoices will be issued electronically to the client’s email address.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZuboCars is not liable for:

• The condition, performance, or legal status of the vehicle.

• Misrepresentations or actions by the seller or third-party services (e.g., transport).

• Shipping delays, customs issues, or damages during transit.

• Changes in regulations or fees in the client’s home country.

Clients are encouraged to order third-party inspections and request detailed documentation.

6. Transport and Delivery

ZuboCars helps organize transport via trusted third-party logistics providers. We are not the transporters and are not responsible for:

• Delays, damage, or customs issues during shipment.

• Import duties, VAT, or compliance with destination country laws.

Insurance and tracking options can be offered on request.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All client information is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ZuboCars does not share personal data with third parties, except when required to fulfill the requested service.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, unless mandatory consumer protection laws specify otherwise.

ZuboCars reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or publication on www.zubocars.com.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and enforceable.
